Orange Café

Our next Orange Cafe is on Monday 25 May at 10.00 am at The Dome at 144 Manning Rd, Karawara.
The Orange Café concept is a social gathering with a purpose. Members (and friends) meet in a café on the 25th of the month and wear orange when they are out and about. We also have “Soroptimists Say No To Violence” badges, posters and information from local refuges, that we can use as appropriate.
The 25th is nominated as it has been proclaimed as ‘Orange Day’ by the UniTE campaign to end violence against women. (See ‘Orange the World’ www.unwomen.org/en/what-we-do/ending-violence-against-women/unite/orange-the-world)
