Given the exceptional circumstances surrounding COVID-19 and the announcements made by the Prime Minister and health experts, SI South Perth has suspended all fundraising events and social gatherings for the foreseeable future. We continue to meet as a club for business meetings via Zoom.
We realise that these are unprecedented times and everyone is working out what this means personally and collectively. There are many people in our community who will continue to need our support now and into the future – one such group being the homeless.
During this time of isolation and social distancing, our members and friends will focus their attention on knitting beanies for the homeless and supporting our plastics recycling project.
